Over-18s
The gaming room is for people of 18 and over, the age Czech law sets. The front page asks you to confirm before going further. Answering untruthfully gains nothing, because the question that decides anything is the one at the door of the room, with a document in hand, every visit.
No gambling takes place here
This website describes a hotel and one level of it. It offers no games, takes no stakes, holds no account and accepts no deposit, and no money moves through it. Nothing done on these pages can win or lose anything. Gaming takes place only at Zahradní 14.
Accuracy, and what a page is worth
Hours, rooms and descriptions are kept current and are occasionally wrong anyway: the ballroom is let, a bath cabinet is out, the kitchen closes for a week in January. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and no page creates a contract. A booking exists once reception has confirmed it by telephone or email, on the terms given then.
Our material
Text, drawings, photographs and the arrangement of them belong to the hotel or are used with permission. Read them, print a page for yourself, link to them. Do not republish them, copy them to another site, or use them to train a model, without written permission.

Conduct in the house
Staff may refuse service, refuse entry at the garden-level door, or ask a guest to leave, where someone is drunk, abusive, unable to produce a document, or making the house unpleasant for others. In the gaming room the floor staff's decision stands at the time it is made; a disagreement goes to the duty manager afterwards, not to the table.
Availability
The site is provided as it is, with no promise that it will always be reachable, and it may be taken down for maintenance without notice.
Liability
We are liable for whatever Czech law does not permit us to exclude, including harm to health caused by our negligence. Beyond that we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, such as a journey made on the strength of an hour listed here that had since changed.
Governing law
Czech law governs this website and these terms, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes a consumer's right to bring a case where they live.
