What this website is
This website is a description of a building. It has no booking engine, payment page, account or login, which is why this notice is short: most of what such a document normally covers does not arise here.
If you only read
Nothing that identifies you is collected. No analytics or advertising script is loaded before you answer the bar, and none is loaded at all if you decline.
Two entries in your browser
04_karlovy_vary_age_ok: written after you answer the age question, so it is asked once per device and not on every page.04_karlovy_vary_consent: written when you answer the cookie bar, so the answer holds.
Both are local storage entries. They stay in your browser, they are never transmitted, and they hold no identifier. Clear your browsing data and they go, and the questions come back. A browser that refuses storage breaks nothing here; it just means being asked on each visit.
Server logs
The host records the request, the time, the page and the browser string, which is how any hosting company tells a reader from a robot. Thirty days, then overwritten.
If you write to us
The form carries a name, an email address, a telephone number if you give one, dates if you have them, and the message. It arrives at reception as an email and is filed with the booking correspondence for two years, then deleted.
Analytics and advertising
No tag is on the site as it stands. If one is added it will be Google Analytics 4 and a Google Ads tag, loading only for readers who accepted. Consent Mode v2 sets all four signals to denied in the head of every page before any other script runs.

- Legitimate interest for server logs, in keeping the site up and unabused.
Who else sees any of it
These are the hosting company, the email provider, and Google for the tags above once you have consented. Nothing is sold, and no guest list is passed to anyone for marketing.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Write to the address above or to [email protected]. We reply within one month and make no charge. If the reply does not satisfy you, the Office for Personal Data Protection in Prague takes complaints, as does the authority where you live.
Where it is held
On servers within the European Economic Area. Nothing above involves a transfer outside it, except the Google tags, which exist only if you consent to them.
Children
This is not a site for children, and the gaming room is for over-18s. Nothing knowingly collected from a child is kept. If you think a child has used the form, tell reception and it is deleted.
Changes
The date at the top moves when the text does, and anything material is flagged on the front page for a month.
